The new Model 400 offers the top-of-the-line features expected in a Rowe bill changer with the flexibility of customization. Operators can choose to have two validators or two recycling bill validators, turning the changer into a mini bill breaker that recycles and dispenses $1 and/or $5 bills. These highly secure changers hold an impressive 11,200 quarters and tokens. Operators can also select the USA Technologies ePort credit card reader, in addition to a second validator.
